Where is your honey sourced from?
Our honey is sourced from local beekeepers across Kenya who practice ethical and sustainable beekeeping. Each jar is traceable to its specific region, allowing you to taste the unique floral characteristics of each area. We work with over 50 small-scale beekeepers to ensure the highest quality while supporting local communities.
Is your honey organic?
Yes! Our honey is 100% organic and certified by the Kenya Organic Agriculture Network (KOAN). Our beekeepers maintain hives in pesticide-free zones, and we regularly test our honey to ensure it meets strict organic standards.

All our honey is 100% pure, organic, and sourced from local Kenyan beekeepers.
How should I store my honey?
Store honey in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the lid tightly closed. Crystallization is natural and doesn't indicate spoilage. To liquefy crystallized honey, place the jar in warm water (not boiling) for 15-20 minutes.
Does honey expire?
Pure, raw honey doesn't expire if stored properly. Archaeologists have found edible honey in ancient Egyptian tombs! However, for best quality and taste, we recommend consuming within 2 years. The "best before" date on our jars is 24 months from bottling.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa (Kenya).
Do you ship internationally?
No! we do not ship internationally at the moment.

What are your delivery times?
Delivery times vary by location:
- Embu Town: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM
- Major Cities (Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu): 1-2 business days
How much does shipping cost?

Returns & Refunds
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund immediately, with no return required for damaged goods.
